Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates to achieve favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans and communications based on associate insights survey results.
• Build proactive relationships with local community organizations and union representatives as applicable.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, and safety standards to meet targets.
