Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include leading sales, merchandising and store operations, training Teammates, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit new teammates, drive sales, and maintain Buckle’s standards across the guest journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related retail experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and motivate teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Lead and develop Teammates, including training.
• Assist Store Manager in sales goals and operations.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of staff.
• Support regional leadership and travel to other stores as needed.
