Job summary

QXO is seeking candidates for the Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year accelerated track for early-career sales professionals. You will lead initiatives, manage defined territory segments, and influence customer relationships and revenue growth.

Participants join a high-performing cohort, access enterprise leadership networks, and work toward Outside Sales roles after successful completion. Travel within region is required.

Qualifications

• A college graduate with 1–2 years of industry experience or a candidate pursuing growth in sales.
• Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to build customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work in a field-based, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management, develop strategy, identify opportunities, and engage customers to accelerate revenue.
• Drive performance by partnering across functions to analyze data and improve branch profitability.
• Own strategic workstreams, synthesize market insights, and propose data-informed process improvements.
• Manage full sales cycle for accounts/territories, forecast pipeline, and craft pricing/product mix.
• Advance leadership competencies through coaching and prepare for Outside Sales roles.
