Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field; 1–2 years in industry.
• Energetic, goal-oriented communicator who builds customer relationships.
• Willing to travel regionally; relocate or travel for rotations.
• Experience with CRM or sales tools; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end territory management and drive revenue growth.
• Develop strategy, identify opportunities, engage customers, and forecast pipeline.
• Partner across functions to analyze data and improve customer outcomes.
• Own sales cycles, pricing, and product mix for assigned accounts.
