Job summary

Irby Utilities, part of Sonepar, offers the STEP program—a dynamic, intensive rotational development track designed to educate, train, and develop emerging professionals across finance, operations, analytics, and sales. You will gain hands-on experience through on-the-job learning, e-learning, mentorship, and residency trips.

This program begins in June 2027 and includes site and corporate rotations with exposure to warehouse/logistics, Inside Sales, corporate operations, and account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Possess an enthusiastic, self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Warehouse/Logistics Operations rotations.
• Engage in Inside Sales and Customer Solutions rotations.
• Support Corporate Operations and Analytics rotations.
• Experience Outside Sales/Account Management rotations.
• Attend team-building activities and developmental seminars.
