Testing Site - JPMC in the Mid-Hudson region is seeking a Market Executive for Emerging Middle Market Banking. You will hire and direct a team to grow and retain profitable banking relationships with middle market companies while managing a portfolio. Leadership and deep regional knowledge are essential.

The role focuses on teamwork, strategic oversight, and delivering superior client service across the portfolio, with the ability to develop internal networks and drive sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years account relationship management experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of the region
• Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
• Management experience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading a commercial lending sales team with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
• Creative solution and problem solving abilities and excellent business judgment with the ability to multitask
