JOADEM Corporation is looking for a full-time Inspector to join their team in New York, NY. This hybrid role will involve performing construction inspections across various stages of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control, strong organizational skills, and a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture. Relevant certifications are a plus. This position offers a chance to work on residential, commercial, civil, and airport construction projects.

Education
We are seeking a full‑time Inspector to join our team in New York, NY. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to work both on‑site and remotely as needed. Responsibilities include performing construction inspections across various stages of projects, ensuring compliance with codes and specifications, completing detailed inspection reports, and collaborating with project teams to address and resolve quality control issues. The Inspector will work on diverse projects, including residential, commercial, civil, and airport construction.
- Experience in construction inspections, quality control, and assurance processes
- Familiarity with building codes, structural systems, and industry standards
- Proficiency with inspection tools, non‑destructive testing (NDT), and documentation techniques
- Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as ICC, NICET, ACI, or similar are a plus
- Experience with New York City construction projects preferred
