Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support field sales for acute urology products. The role involves product in-servicing, demonstrations, and evaluating new opportunities while enabling growth within accounts in the assigned region.

Develop clinical expertise, enhance selling skills, and progress toward Territory Manager while ensuring patient safety and adherence to BD policies. Travel and collaboration with teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 0 to 2 years of general sales experience.
• Ability to travel 80% including overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Commitment to ethics and BD policies.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Manager to drive sales revenue in accounts.
• Conduct product in-servicing, demonstrations and assessments.
• Develop and maintain relationships within accounts.
• Coordinate with field sales, logistics, and scheduling of evaluations.
• Perform product demonstrations and customer education as needed.
• Attend conferences and complete administrative duties on time.
