Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company focused on advancing health through innovative products and services. The Associate Territory Manager will support field sales efforts in acute urology products and clinical services, traveling extensively within the assigned region to provide in-servicing, demonstrations, and account support while developing into a Territory Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 0 to 2 years of general sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Supports Regional Manager to drive sales revenue through product in-servicing, demonstrations and assessments.
• Communicates new business opportunities and product interest to the Territory Manager.
• Builds and maintains relationships within supported accounts.
• Coordinates with field sales, logistics, timing, strategy and execution of customer evaluations.
• Performs product demonstrations and customer education as required.
• Maintains clinical knowledge and territory management skills.
• Ensures expenses stay within budget and resources are used effectively.
• Attends local, regional, and national medical conferences as required.
