Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Franchisee Growth Consultant to help Dunkin’ build sustainable, profitable growth in emerging markets and strengthen its footprint outside core markets. This role will act as the field execution lead for the Emerging Markets support model, guiding franchisees in market development, readiness, and demand creation while collaborating with Marketing, Training and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, training, development or marketing.
• Franchise consulting and restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong strategic growth planning and market development skills.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee Growth Leadership: facilitate growth planning and execution with accountability.
• Emerging Market Development: support state initiatives and new unit readiness.
• Marketing Activation & Demand Creation: partner with Field Marketing on local store campaigns.
• Grand Opening Commitments: ensure opening requirements are met for successful market entry.
• Training & Organizational Capability: support leadership development, onboarding and readiness.
• Operational Growth Enablement: improve guest experience, ROE progress and performance.
• Cross Functional Leadership: connect Franchisee, Marketing, & Real Estate.
