Job summary

Inspire seeks a Franchisee Growth Consultant to lead field execution for Emerging Markets supporting Dunkin’ expansion. You will collaborate with Training, Marketing, Development and Analytics to drive growth, strengthen franchisee readiness, and accelerate profitable market maturation through a high-touch support model.

Responsibilities include annual growth planning, market development, grand openings, leadership development, and improving operational performance across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• 7+ years in franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, training, development or marketing.
• Strategic growth planning and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee Growth Leadership: Facilitate annual growth planning, maintain frequent structured touchpoints, drive accountability.
• Emerging Market Development: Support focus-state initiatives, trade-area strategies, market development plans, asset evolution and new unit growth readiness.
• Marketing Activation & Demand Creation: Partner with Field Marketing on development and execution of Local and Hyperlocal store marketing initiatives.
• Grand Opening Commitments: Ensure all Grand Opening requirements are met for entry into communities.
• Training & Organizational Capability: Support leadership development, onboarding, succession planning and organizational readiness.
• Operational Growth Enablement: Improve operational capability, guest experience, ROE progress, throughput and business performance.
• Cross Functional Leadership: Anchor relationship between Franchisee, Marketing, & Real Estate.
