Job summary

Inspire Resources seeks a Franchisee Growth Consultant to lead growth plans, strengthen market readiness, and accelerate profitable expansion in emerging markets for our Dunkin’ footprint. You will partner with Field Marketing, Training and Analytics to ensure high quality franchisee execution and brand growth.

Travel up to 60% is required as you collaborate across states, develop focus-market strategies, and coach franchisees toward operational excellence and market maturity.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality or related field.
• 7+ years in franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, training, development or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee Growth Leadership: lead annual growth planning and drive execution.
• Emerging Market Development: support state initiatives,& market readiness.
• Marketing Activation & Demand Creation: partner with Field Marketing for local campaigns.
• Grand Opening Commitments: ensure successful opening strategies.
• Training & Organizational Capability: support leadership development and onboarding.
• Operational Growth Enablement: improve guest experience and performance.
• Cross Functional Leadership: connect Franchisee, Marketing & Real Estate.
