You will partner with franchisees to strengthen local execution, readiness, and demand creation while coordinating with Training, Marketing, Development and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, training, development or marketing.
• Franchise consulting and restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strategic growth planning, franchisee coaching, cross-functional leadership, analytics and market development expertise.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee Growth Leadership: Facilitate annual growth planning, maintain frequent structured touchpoints, drive accountability.
• Emerging Market Development: Support focus-state initiatives, trade-area strategies, market development plans, growth readiness.
• Marketing Activation & Demand Creation: Partner with Field Marketing for Local and Hyperlocal store marketing initiatives.
• Grand Opening Commitments: Ensure Grand Opening requirements are met for entry into communities.
• Training & Organizational Capability: Support leadership development, onboarding, succession planning, and readiness.
• Operational Growth Enablement: Improve operational capability, guest experience, ROE progress, throughput.
• Cross Functional Leadership: Connect Franchisee, Marketing, & Real Estate to align growth strategy.
