Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Franchisee Growth Consultant to lead expansion in emerging markets for our Dunkin’ portfolio and other brands. You will partner with field teams to strengthen franchisee execution, readiness, and demand creation across priority markets.

The role emphasizes coaching, analytics, and strategic growth with significant travel and high accountability for market success. You will report into the Franchise Development team within Inspire.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, training, development or marketing.
• Strategic growth planning, analytics, and market development expertise.
• Strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee Growth Leadership: Drive annual growth planning, accountability, and execution.
• Emerging Market Development:Support focus-state initiatives and new unit readiness.
• Marketing Activation & Demand Creation: Partner with Field Marketing on local/hyperlocal campaigns.
• Grand Opening Commitments: Ensure strong entry in communities.
• Training & Organizational Capability: Support leadership development and onboarding.
• Operational Growth Enablement: Improve guest experience and performance metrics.
• Cross Functional Leadership: Link Franchisee, Marketing, and Real Estate.

Education

Bachelor degree in Business or related field
