Qualifications

• 7+ years in franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, or marketing.
• Franchise consulting and restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong strategic growth planning and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchisee growth: annual growth planning, structured touchpoints, and execution.
• Support emerging market development: focus-state initiatives and new unit readiness.
• Partner on marketing activation and demand creation with Field Marketing.
• Coordinate grand openings to ensure high-visibility entry into communities.
• Build organizational capability: training, onboarding, succession planning.
• Improve operational growth: guest experience, throughput, ROE progress.
• Serve as anchor between franchisee, marketing, and real estate teams.
