Qualifications

• Strong strategic growth planning and market development experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee Growth Leadership: Facilitate annual growth planning, maintain frequent structured touchpoints, drive accountability, and translate growth plans into execution.
• Emerging Market Development: Support focus-state initiatives, trade-area strategies, market development plans, asset evolution and new unit growth readiness.
• Marketing Activation & Demand Creation: Partner with Field Marketing on development and execution of local and hyperlocal store marketing initiatives.
• Grand Opening Commitments: Ensure all Grand Opening requirements are met for entry into communities.
• Training & Organizational Capability: Act as an extension of Field Training and NRO teams, support leadership development and onboarding.
• Operational Growth Enablement: Improve operational capability, guest experience, ROE progress, throughput and business performance.
• Cross Functional Leadership: Serve as the anchor point between Franchisee, Marketing, & Real Estate.
