Inspire is seeking a Franchisee Growth Consultant to drive Dunkin's expansion in Emerging Markets. You will collaborate with franchisees and field teams to strengthen local execution, create demand, and accelerate profitable growth while maturing new markets.

The role requires strong franchising and multi-unit operations experience, plus leadership, analytics, and communication skills to guide growth initiatives and ensure operational readiness.

Formación

• 7+ years in franchising or multi-unit operations.
• Strong strategic growth planning and analytics.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Franchisee Growth Leadership: translate growth plans into execution.
• Emerging Market Development: support state initiatives and new unit readiness.
• Marketing Activation & Demand Creation: partner with Field Marketing in development and execution of Local and Hyperlocal store marketing.
• Grand Opening Commitments: meet all Grand Opening requirements for entry into communities.
• Training & Organizational Capability: support leadership development and onboarding, succession planning and organizational readiness.
• Operational Growth Enablement: improve operational capability, guest experience, ROE progress, throughput and business performance.
• Cross Functional Leadership: connect Franchisee, Marketing, & Real Estate.
