Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to retain and expand relationships with existing clients. You will drive usage and revenue, present Paycom solutions, and engage with C-level stakeholders to ensure continued success.

This role requires collaboration with Outside Sales and Transition teams to deliver a seamless client experience. You will manage revenue growth through retention strategies, conduct business reviews, and stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management and account retention.
• Proven ability to identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% as required.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing client relationships and grow revenue through upsell.
• Collaborate with Sales and Transition teams to ensure smooth client ownership.
• Present value of Paycom solutions and drive usage and adoption.
