Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders. You will shape how aspiring and first-time leaders build skills and confidence, owning the development journey from consideration to their first year in the role in a remote-first environment.

You'll design practical, scalable experiences by combining learning design, audience insights, and business needs. You’ll test ideas, partner with People, and measure impact to accelerate leadership growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership development experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs at scale.
• Strong learning design skills blending live learning, digital resources, and hands-on application.
• Product-oriented approach with audience insights, prioritization, and data-driven decisions.
• Experience building learning communities, peer networks, or cohort-based programs.
• Strong program management and collaboration skills to influence partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-leader experience: design, deliver, and improve leadership development programs (Leading@, Leader 101, etc.).
• Create learning journeys for leadership transitions and performance coaching.
• Design scalable, engaging experiences using workshops, peer learning, and hands-on practice.
• Build communities where new leaders connect, share challenges, and exchange feedback.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and experiences for self-awareness and feedback.
• Partner with People, Talent, and Learning teams to align leadership initiatives with hiring and onboarding.
• Gather feedback and use data to test and improve programs.
• Manage learning resources, vendors, and budgets to serve a growing leadership audience.
