Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an experienced Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, to shape development journeys for aspiring and first-time people leaders.

You will design practical, scalable experiences that help leaders build confidence, self-awareness, and effectiveness in a remote-first company. You'll partner across the People team to align development with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing growth, test new ideas, and use data to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in leadership development, L&D, or talent management with degrees
• Ability to design leadership programs for scale and impact
• Strong experience designing blended live and digital learning experiences
• Product-oriented mindset with audience insights and data-driven decision making
• Experience building learning communities or cohorts
• Experience integrating leadership assessments and coaching

Responsibilities

• Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs
• Build learning journeys for key leadership transitions
• Design scalable learning experiences combining workshops and self-guided resources
• Create communities and peer learning opportunities for new leaders
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and experiences
• Partner with People team to align with hiring, promotions, onboarding and growth
• Experiment, test, and measure program effectiveness
• Manage resources, vendors, and budgets for a growing audience
