Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders to design and scale leadership development for aspiring and first-time leaders. You will partner with the People team to create practical, engaging experiences that help leaders grow in our remote-first environment.

You'll guide the journey from consideration to the first year, blending learning design, audience insights, and data to drive measurable impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs for new or first-time people leaders at scale.
• Ability to blend live learning, digital resources, and hands-on application in programs.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-leader experience. Design, deliver, and improve leadership development programs for aspiring, first-time, and newly hired leaders.
• Build learning journeys that support key leadership transitions and coaching conversations.
• Design scalable experiences using workshops, peer learning, and self-directed resources.
