• Experience designing scalable leadership programs for new leaders.
• Strong experience design skills blending live and digital learning.

• Own the new-leader experience, delivering programs like Leading@ and Leader 101.
• Create learning journeys for transitions from individual contributor to manager.
• Design scalable, hands-on experiences combining workshops and resources.
• Build peer learning communities for new leaders to connect and grow.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and coaching.
• Partner with People, Talent, and Learning teams to align growth with hiring and onboarding.
• Gather feedback, test approaches, and use data to improve programs.
• Measure impact on early leadership effectiveness and team performance.
