Affirm is hiring a Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, to design and scale programs that help first-time leaders grow. You will own the journey from consideration to the first year in role, creating practical experiences, assessments, coaching, and communities that build confidence and capability in remote teams.

• 8+ years in leadership development, L&D, or talent management with relevant degrees.
• Experience designing leadership programs for new or first-time leaders at scale.
• Strong ability to blend live learning, digital resources, and hands-on practice.

Responsabilidades

• Own the new-leader experience and design ongoing leadership programs.
• Create scalable learning journeys for transitions from individual contributor to manager.
• Develop engaging workshops, peer learning, and self-directed resources.
• Foster leadership learning communities and peer networks.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and coaching opportunities.
• Partner across People to align development with hiring, onboarding, and growth.
• Test ideas, gather feedback, and measure program impact and adoption.
• Manage resources, vendors, and budgets to deliver high-quality experiences.
