Qualifications

• 8+ years in leadership development or related field; 6+ years with a Master's; 3+ years with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-leader experience and programs for aspiring and first-time leaders.
• Build learning journeys for transitions from individual contributors to managers.
• Design scalable, engaging workshops and self-directed resources.
• Create peer learning communities for new leaders to connect and grow.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and coaching opportunities.
