Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, to design and scale programs that prepare first-time people leaders for real-world challenges in a remote-first environment.

You will own the journey from consideration to year one, partner with the People team, and measure impact with data, nudging practices that build strong, equitable leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing leadership development programs for new or first-time leaders.
• Ability to scale learning experiences across a large organization.
• Strong ability to blend live learning, digital resources, and hands-on practice.
• Experience measuring program impact with data.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-leader experience from design to delivery.
• Create scalable learning journeys for leadership transitions.
