Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders to shape development for aspiring and first-time people leaders. You will own the journey from consideration to first-year leadership, crafting practical experiences to build confidence and impact.

You'll blend creative design with audience insights and collaborate across the People team to ensure scalable, effective programs in our remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs for new or first-time leaders.
• Ability to create scalable, practical learning experiences blending live and digital resources.
• Strong use of data and feedback to guide program decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-leader experience and continuum of development programs.
• Build journeys for transitions from first management role to higher levels.
• Design scalable, engaging learning experiences with workshops and peer learning.
• Create communities for leaders to learn together and share challenges.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and coaching.
• Partner with People, Talent, and Learning teams to align with hiring and growth.
• Experiment, measure, and iterate programs based on data and outcomes.
• Maintain resources, vendors, and budgets to support growth at scale.
