Job summary

Green Thumb in Toledo, OH is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to support daily dispensary operations, supervise staff, and optimize the customer journey. You''ll rotate through key functions, gain subject matter expertise, and fast‑track toward an Assistant General Manager role.

This role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and customer experience, with hands-on responsibilities across operations, experience, and people, preparing you for stepped-up leadership in a dynamic cannabis retail

Qualifications

At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
Cannabis experience preferred
Inventory control experience preferred
Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends)
Must pass any and all required background checks.
Must be 21 years or older.
Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
Must understand and comply with Green Thumb rules and cannabis regulations.
Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

Oversee dispensary operations to ensure security, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate action items with management.
Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
Lead team members to execute programs and promotions.
Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee POS operations.
