Job summary

Green Thumb in Minnesota seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) to join the dispensary leadership team. The role focuses on supervising daily operations, communicating priorities to the team, and optimizing the customer journey as you rotate through critical functions across operations, experience, and people.

This developmental path accelerates growth toward an Assistant General Manager role, with on-the-job exposure to governance, coaching, and performance management in a fast-paced cannabis retail

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Cannabis experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations and compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage deliveries and vault accuracy.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver consistent customer experiences.
• Assist in scheduling and ensuring adequate coverage during shifts.
