Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager to learn the consumer finance business and RMC’s practices.
• Complete 15-month training program for Branch Manager readiness.
• Develop marketing strategies to grow the branch’s loan portfolio and profitability.
• Establish and build customer relationships through delivering exceptional service.
• Process loan product applications and close loans as directed by management.
• Report, manage, and maintain branch standards on delinquency and daily operations.
• Attend required in-person training at offsite locations.
