Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to learn branch operations and management in a 18–24 month paid training program. You will assist in recruiting, training, and meeting sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

You will originate loan business, educate customers on lending options, and help with credit improvement. A relocation package is provided for promotions to Branch Manager, with full relocation support for moves over 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team, manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training and develop plans to meet sales goals.
• Help customers meet financial goals by originating loan business and recommending products.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and assist with loan closings and insurance claims.
