Purpose Financial, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Training to develop leadership skills while driving branch performance, customer service excellence, and loan portfolio growth.

You will learn P&L management, compliance, and marketing activities with mentorship from the Branch Sales Manager. High School Diploma is required; sales or customer service experience is preferred; a developmental path into Branch Sales Manager is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required, or equivalent.
• One year of experience in sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively assist in meeting branch performance metrics and use sales tools to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Develop relationships and manage the loan process and lifecycle while informing customers about loan terms.
• Assist in marketing, collections, and branch operations under supervision to drive growth and ensure compliance.
