Tower Loan offers a full-time Manager Development Program designed to prepare trainees for leadership roles in consumer finance. In 10–12 months you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Preferred Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
Learn and provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
