Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to learn branch operations and grow into a Branch Manager role. The position includes an 18–24 month paid training program and a relocation package when promoted.

You will actively originate loan opportunities, educate customers on lending options, assist with loan applications, and help manage sales goals while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required, ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and guide loan applications.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales plans to meet goals.
