Job summary

Republic Finance seeks an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to train for 18–24 months in a paid program and then lead a branch. You will help customers select consumer loan and voluntary products, learn operations, and support promotions to meet sales goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, and willingness to relocate for promotion. A full relocation package is provided for moves over 50 miles. Onsite only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus for this location.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to reach financial goals and understand loan options.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training and meeting sales goals.
• Coordinate loan applications, risk analysis and loan closings, and process claims.
