Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager for an onsite role. You will learn branch operations through an 18–24 month paid training program and then manage your own branch. You’ll recruit, train, and drive sales to meet goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Relocation packages are provided for promotions; relocation may be required. A bachelor’s degree and some sales exposure are preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year+ of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team; prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite; valid driver's license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet financial goals by originating loan business and presenting consumer loan solutions.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
