Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Orlando is seeking a Service Vehicle Operator to respond to roadside calls and assist AAA members with vehicle needs. You will perform tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery, and safe towing, while keeping logs and maintaining equipment.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, a valid license, and are comfortable with tablets, GPS, and field teamwork. The role is outdoors most of the time with a strong safety focus and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
• Able to work independently in field conditions.
• Comfortable using GPS, tablets and mobile tech.
• Read and interpret roadside service procedures and benefits.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance requests using a tow or service vehicle.
• Provide services like tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery and lockouts.
• Safely tow vehicles following procedures and maintain logs.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document activities.
• Maintain a clean, professional vehicle and use devices to manage calls.
