Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Service Vehicle Operator to provide roadside assistance and tow services to AAA members. You will respond to calls, perform tire changes, jump starts, lockouts, and fuel delivery, and tow vehicles when needed.

You must hold a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass drug screening, MV and background checks, and a DOT physical. Excellent customer service and independent work habits are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• Pass pre-employment and ongoing drug screen, DAC/DMV checks, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance requests using a tow truck or service vehicle.
• Provide emergency roadside services: tire changes, fuel delivery, battery testing/installation, jump starts, lockouts, minor repairs.
• Tow disabled vehicles following established procedures.
• Document daily activities, service calls, and receipts.
• Maintain DOT certification and driving record.
