Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Service Vehicle Operator to respond to roadside calls, assist stranded motorists with jump-starts, tire changes, and lockouts, and tow vehicles when needed. This role blends problem solving, customer care, and safe driving while working on the road.

You will document service calls, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain DOT compliance, and provide excellent service to AAA members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean MV record.
• Pass drug screening, background check and DOT medical.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance requests with tow truck or service vehicle.
• Provide emergency services: tire changes, fuel delivery, jump starts, lockouts, etc.
• Safely tow disabled vehicles following procedures.
• Verify AAA membership and deliver excellent service.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; document activities.
