Global Medical Response is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our emergency and non-emergency transportation teams. You will respond to calls, assign routes, document trip data, and provide timely updates to providers and facilities to ensure quality care and service.

The position is full-time, requiring multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Prior dispatch or customer service experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Some work experience, preferably in dispatch or routing calls in customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatchers monitor and respond to calls and emails using established call handling time and information management systems to deliver excellent customer support to providers, facilities and member representatives.
• Use appropriate methods to schedule, assign, review and route transportation requests.
• Clearly document communications following protocols and escalate issues as needed.
• Effectively communicate trip data including confirmations, routing time, issues and performance.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel and coworkers.
• Demonstrate organization, multitasking and time management skills.

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Some work experience, preferably in dispatch or routing calls in customer service
