Global Medical Response in Grand Rapids, MI is immediately hiring a full-time Dispatcher to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services. You will assign and route transportation requests and communicate clearly to ensure quality support and care to our customers.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus EMS or public safety experience or medical training.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year EMS or public safety dispatcher experience preferred.
• Strong English reading and writing and clear radio/phone communication.
• Proficient typing and ability to use basic computer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls and route transportation.
• Maintain accurate data entry and complete paperwork per shift.
• Generate and review reports; monitor incident locations and routes.
• Follow AMR/Global Medical Response protocols and policies.
