Responsibilities

• Enter details into call-processing or dispatch software accurately.
• Forward incident information promptly to the appropriate dispatch function.
• Assist distressed callers with focused questions and instructions.
• Utilize language-access resources when needed to communicate with callers.
• Provide pre-arrival instructions within training and certification limits.
