Job summary

• Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and methods.
• Ability to coordinate dispatch and emergency response services.
• Ability to determine appropriate level of crew/staff to dispatch.
• Ability to liaise with internal and external parties.
• Ability to instruct officers and citizens as needed.
