Infinity Rehab is seeking a compassionate Account Executive to join our inbound customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for consumers, haulers, and fleet businesses requiring emergency roadside assistance, guiding them with empathy and clear communication.

Responsibilities include dispatch coordination, issue resolution, and real-time updates across multiple platforms. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and values teamwork and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Onsite technical assessment required.

Responsibilities

• Be a compassionate communicator and guide customers through emergencies.
• Coordinate roadside help by dispatching service providers quickly.
• Problem-solve under pressure and deliver effective solutions in real time.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries while keeping customers informed.
• Document interactions accurately and communicate clearly with customers, providers and clients.
• Adapt to diverse call types and multiple technology platforms.
