Infinity is seeking a compassionate, quick-thinking Account Executive to join our inbound customer service team. As the first point of contact for consumers, haulers, and fleet businesses in emergencies, you’ll communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and guide customers through urgent situations.

You’ll document interactions, coordinate with providers, and deliver timely updates while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Type 25+ WPM with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with empathy.
• Service-oriented mindset for urgent situations.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (call centers, dispatch, hospitality).
• Comfort using CRM, mapping tools, and dispatch software.

Requirements

What We’re Looking for:

• Type 25+ WPM with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to show empathy and stay composed.
• Service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping people in urgent situations.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments (call centers, dispatch, hospitality, or similar).
• Comfort using CRM, mapping tools (Google Maps), and dispatch software.
• Ability to provide real-time updates to customers, providers, and clients throughout the dispatch process.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Onsite technical assessment is required

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
