Guardian Fleet Services Inc. is seeking a professional dispatcher to serve as the first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls. You will log calls, monitor routes, coordinate with field units, and direct tow truck drivers.

Responsibilities include handling multiple lines, documenting information, providing pricing details, and maintaining records. The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to answer multiple phone calls in a busy setting.
• Professional demeanor and phone etiquette.
• Data entry accuracy and English literacy.
• Knowledge of Tow book software is a plus.
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service excellence with each call.
• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document information.
• Coordinate with departments and field units to resolve issues.
• Operate a multi-line telephone console system.
• Direct tow truck drivers and monitor routes with GPS when needed.
• Prioritize calls by urgency and maintain records.
• Provide pricing information and process customer payments.
