• High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or public safety is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and complete assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming emergency and nonemergency calls
• Confirm incident location and caller's callback information
• Identify nature and urgency using approved questions
• Enter details into call-processing/dispatch software accurately
• Forward incident information promptly to the correct dispatch function
• Assist distressed callers with essential instructions within training
• Use language-access resources when needed
