• Experience with post-sales engagement and incident response

Aufgaben

• Lead architecture for enterprise deployments using Deepgram tech
• Own post-sales technical success and guide customers to production
• Serve as Tier-3 escalation point for complex issues and write durable fixes
• Design reference architectures for common EMEA use cases
• Build samples, tools, or scripts to automate repeatable tasks
• Contribute to pre-sales discovery and POC efforts when needed
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize fixes and features
• Create runbooks and docs to scale regional expertise
