Job summary

Deepgram seeks a Solutions Architect (Applied Engineer) to own end-to-end customer implementations and drive scalable, repeatable patterns. You will design, deploy, and optimize post-sales solutions, collaborating with Success, Product, and Eng to align on customer needs.

A strong software background and comfort with AI-enabled voice tech are essential for success. You’ll work across deployment phases, including discovery, design, and production cutover, while building tooling to reduce

Qualifications

3+ years of experience delivering technical solutions for enterprise customers.
Strong software engineering background with professional development in at least one modern language.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
Experience leading technical delivery of production deployments.
Ability to scope complex technical work and sequence for delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the technical design and delivery of customer implementations and migrations from kickoff to production cutover.
Lead deployment scaling, capacity planning, rollout sequencing, and verification.
Design solutions that fit each customer's stack, constraints and operational shape.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales on change management and rollout comms.
Develop reusable implementation patterns, reference architectures, and deployment playbooks.
Create automation and self-service tooling to accelerate repeatable work.
Partner with product/engineering to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap.
Provide escalation support for complex post-onboarding cases and some pre-sales work.
