LawVu is seeking a Senior Implementation Services Manager to lead onboarding for new clients across EMEA, tailoring implementations to client objectives and ensuring fast adoption of the LawVu workspace.

You will configure automation, facilitate training for legal teams and admins, and guide customers from onboarding through to customer success with documented outcomes and milestones.

Competenze

• 6+ years experience in a SaaS implementation, professional services, or project management role.
• Experience implementing or working with legal technology (contract lifecycle management, matter management, e-billing, or document automation).
• Experience with UK or European in-house legal teams, law firms, or legal operations.
• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to run several implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of data management, APIs, conditional and logical reasoning.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, CRM, and project management tools.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end implementations for new customers, coordinating multiple client stakeholders and a clear plan.
• Configure LawVu workspace and deliver tailored training to audiences remotely or on-site.
• Join late-stage sales conversations to scope implementations and set expectations before contracts.
• Deliver implementations on agreed timelines, with milestones for complex rollouts.
• Oversee handover to Customer Success with documented objectives and adoption status.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Sales to improve processes.
