Job summary

Luminance is hiring a Legal Implementation Specialist Lead to manage and mentor a team delivering enterprise-grade implementations. You will ensure quality, handle complex configurations, and work across Customer Success, Product and cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.

You will lead discovery, scope decisions, and set realistic timelines while maintaining high standards of delivery. A strong background in legal tech and B2B SaaS is essential, with experience managing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing legal tech or B2B SaaS with implementation/delivery focus.
• Proven track record owning complex implementations end-to-end.
• Experience mentoring/delivering teams in customer-facing roles.
• Strong contracts knowledge, negotiation and commercial workflows.
• Experience handling senior stakeholders and difficult conversations.
• Ability to assess configuration/design risks and optimal trade-offs.
• Proven project management, capacity planning, sequencing and risk mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Legal Implementation Specialists.
• Set high standards for implementation quality and communication.
• Review configurations and designs for scalability and maintainability.
• Own delivery risk and escalation management with clear paths to resolution.
• Oversee onboarding delivery: capacity, milestones, dependencies and timelines.
• Support strategic customer engagements with discovery and scope decisions.
• Define and improve implementation standards, playbooks and assets.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure aligned customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product to feedback recurring needs and delivery friction.
• Use data to identify patterns and drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.
• Build deep product knowledge.
